This week I have comment on Sulia's blog post about her reading (Ihumatao). It is about her ihumatao protesting. In a blogpost you would need a greeting, connection, question and a farewell.

Basic Fact boxes

This week for this maths task we had to solve the maths problems at the same time we had to time ourselves. We do this task every week so then we can pratice our time tables, division, addition and subtraction. It took me 2 minutes and 13 secounds. 

SSR Selfie

This week for SSR Selfie i have read the book menace from the deep / killer species. It is about a man and a boy that went on an adventure and travelled on a boat with their dog in the alligator swamp and thought they were in danger. 

Swimming

L.I To learn swimming safety 

LS1 Group B had went to the Panmure Basin Pools to learn skills about swimming. My swimming instructor for this week is Livvy. We had learnt how to float on our backs, will doing this we had to make a T shape. After this we had done a couple of streamlines back and forth. 

Persuasive speech plan | Anxiety

Rhetorical questions are questions that make a dramatic affect.  This week we had to write a persuasive speech about a topic we had to talk about.  The topic I used was Anxiety and also we needed to make a arguement. My arguement was: have you ever felt like you have anxiety and want to let it go?

Ihumatao

LI: To learn about what happend at Ihumatao.

We were talking about the big situation that is happning in New Zealand. We had to work on a slide show that was all about ihumatao. But first we had to use the google map and find out how long it takes to get to Ihumatoa from Panmure bridge school by walking, using the car, bus, bike. 

Basic fraction game | WIP

LI: To make a basic fraction game.
Today we had to make either a quiz, game or a tutorial showing how to use fractions. We chose to make a game of basic fractions. The game is a work in progress DLO. Fraction are shapes that are cut into equal pieces.
