This week for cybersmart we have been working on print design rules. layout, Text, colour and composition. composition is all the element needed on a poster. Layout is pictures, text and title all align. Colour is colours that are appealing to the eyes and have no clashing colours. We had to use the print design rules to make a poster about either one of the 6 simple machine

Cybersmart | Fix the poster

The print design rules are used in a poster. Print design rules are included to have composition, Layout, Colour and text. Composition is where you put elements everything needed to be on a poster. Layout is how you arrange and align elements.  Colour is how you make your work visible and combinations. And Text must be the same font, Styles and sizes.

Print Design Rules

LI: To identify the four area of print design.
Print design rules are used to help you layout your poster or work. There are four areas used in a print design which is Composition, Layout, Colour & Text. Composition is elements that are needed in a poster. Layout is arrangement and aligning. Colour combinations to make your work visible. And Text is fonts, sizes and styles needed to be the same so then the poster can be appealing and easy to see.

Cybersmart

LI: To use keywords for better searching.
Keywords are main words that are used in paragraphs and writing. We had to find sites about the komodo dragon. We had to copy and paste the information and answeres down. The question we had to find out where What do komodo dragon eat? Where do the komodo dragon live? and How long do they live?

Attributes

LI: How to attribute an image.
This week for cybersmart we were learning how to Attribute a image. Attribute means when you Can give credit to someone's work. We learnt what copy right is and what fair use is. When you attribute you must link the owner of the work.

Formal and informal speech

Informal is casual speak. Formal is someone being specific. We had to make a DLO about formal and informal speech, Different ways of talking informal and formal speech.

Smart commenting

LI: To write a SMART comment.

We are learning about relationships that we can have with one and other. We had to make a smart comment on someone in LS1. This can show relationship by commenting on someones blog.

Cybersmart

LI: To write a blog post on a template.

This week for cybersmart we used a blogging template to help people write a blog post. In a blog post there should be a DLO, Title, Labels & blurb. In a blurb it includes How you learned, what tools did you use to learned, what did you learned & LI.

Commenting

Today i had to make a smart comment on someones blog. I decided to comment on Angelica's blog post about her reading shes done. She talked about her group name and her DLO shes created.

How to write a blog post

Writing a succinat blurb is inportant to tell people what we leaned. What we need in a blog post blurb is what you learned, How you learned it & what did you use to learn it.  In a blog post there should be Tittle, Labels, Blurb & DLO.

How to create a smart password

LI: To make a poster teaching how to create a smart password.
This week for cybersmart we had to create a poster showing how to create a smart password. To create a smart password we have to make sure its not something that is personal to you. Also make sure it is not a word. Make sure to at symbols, numbers and more.

Co-Co Crunch Cereal Website

This whole 2 terms we have been doing media. 

we played a game about media here's the website.

Here are the questions i answered.Who created this media product? (assuming it was for a real cereal) Coco crunch What is its purpose? To keep buying the cereal.What were some of the gimmicks used to attract kids to the cereal? Tik,dragon,penguin,magic land (theme),Catchphrase moto, Activities.

Media

 This week we are still learning about media. Media is construction there is 3 purpose 1 is using techknowledge 2 is comucating and 3 is kawa of care. We had to take a photo suitable for our school/blog and friends and family. Then we have to make a word cloud describing that photo but first we make a list descibing.

Smart Media

LI: to identify the purpose of the information presented in media.
LI: to understand that media is made for purpose.

Today we are learning how to get a good understanding of what media is. media is a constrution like buildings. We had to take 2 photos of ourself that are propret for family and friends and  for our blog post. here is the word cloud we wrote for our list of word we had to make.  we had to describe our photos. 

  

  

Shopping vs online

Today for cybersmart we had to first get into a small group and talk about what do you bye, food,clothes,ball and we all thought to ourselfs what we do but we first had to think shopping by person for a start you can bye a ball from amazon or wish. then after that we have to talk about the online shoppng so the websites that we go on and bye like examples clothes were are some lothes websites that you go on likethe warehose site. then after that we had to make a DLO about what are some shooping shops that you wold go to and the online sites.

Commeting

I had to do commeting for our must do, but this kind of commet is a smart comment that has a, greeting-hello (there name)  connetion- i have also done the same as you, quetion- did you lern somthing  about division before you did this work, fare well-good job-nice work. We had to comment on LS1 people. we first had to look and read there DLO and there blurb. Victoria did good work and there is lots of information on her DLO that she had to make for her maths group.

Cybersmart

Today we did cybersmart and i comment on kaitlyn's blog post. we learnt what would be in a simple comment and they are begin with a positive comment so you have to start with a greeting,continue with a thoughtful comment witch mean add a connection, and last one is end with a helpful comment. then mr owng wrote down our names and then we had to pick the people that we want to comment and we comment on them we get 2 or 3.

Doraemon

Today for cybersmart we wrote all about Doraemon we had to unser some quietions to find out who he is we got to pick Doraemon or Anpanman so we dicide to pick Doraemon.

Organizing Work

Today In LS1 We Organized our google drive. We put them in our other folders so then it can be clean and if you dont do it and it is messy in your drive you won't be able to find your work. The main folders were Writting,Reading,Maths,Inquiry and sometimes Media.
