Hiwi the kiwi fishing for the future

LI: To be responsible in the sea and when fishing.

Today we had a hiwi the kiwi visiting us. We learnt how to stay safe and to be responsible on the moana. It was all about learning to teach our parents how to fish. We also leared the legal fish size. Its good to take a ruler with you so you can measure how big your fish is. When we catch a fish we hold it with a wet towel because if we hold it bare hands our hand print and will die.

We listened to the minstrel and sang some songs that he wrote and did challenges. After that we answered questions.
